Dr. Jason L. Hertzberg, Principal Engineer and Director of Exponent's
Chicago Office, has authored an article entitled, "Avoiding and Managing
Product Recalls," appearing in the December 2007 issue of Risk Management
Magazine. This follows an earlier article that he authored regarding
consumer product recalls which appeared in the December 2005 issue of DRI's
