Dr. Jennifer Hoffman presented the work at ANTEC (the Annual Technical Conference) on Monday, June 22nd in Chicago, where she accepted the award on behealf of her colleagues. The paper reflects some of the research, analysis and insights gained by the authors’ work with CPVC sprinkler pipe, a subject of growing interest in the fire protection, plastic pipe and failure analysis communities.

Exponent’s polymer’s staff presented two papers at Society of Plastic Engineer’s ANTEC 2009 Conference.

Hoffman J, Reitman M, Donthu S, Ledwith P, Wills D. Microscopic Characterization of CPVC Failure Modes. Monday, June 22.
