The American Water Works Association will be presenting a webcast on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 entitled, “Pipeline Condition Assessment Techniques That Save Money.”

Utilities face a staggering inventory of underground infrastructure that is in need of repair or replacement. Using advanced methods to efficiently assess the condition of underground assets can save time and money. Assessment results can be used to prioritize expensive repairs or replacements. This webcast presents some of the most current methods that utilities can use to assess the condition of pipelines to effectively direct renovation efforts and maximize limited resources.
