Asian Development Bank Publishes Book by Piotr Moncarz

Asian Development Bank has recently published a book authored by Exponent's Dr. Piotr Moncarz, in association with Bernard Ross and Mary Forrest, entitled "Bangladesh Gas Sector: Issues, Options and the Way Forward." The publication is a gas sector review of Bangladesh which includes an evaluation of available studies, assessment of constraints, analysis of sector reform and restructuring options including principles guiding the determination of gas pricing, and recommendations for policy and institutional measurements that would facilitate the development of an efficient market oriented gas sector.
