His services include forensic accounting, the measurement of damages, fraud schemes, risk management, and litigation support. He has testified as an expert witness in State and Federal Courts, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations on behalf of Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Mr. Fishbein has spoken before professional and educational groups on various aspects of economic damages, financial analysis, and forensic accounting and fraud investigations.
