
Mr. Bandza has experience in the energy and environmental fields and has worked on projects related to carbon capture and storage, enhanced oil recovery, renewable energy policy, energy efficiency, and emissions trading.
Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Bandza was the MAP Sustainable Energy Fellow at the United Nations Foundation in Washington, D.C., contributing to their work on energy efficiency and the regulation of the electricity sector in Europe. As an intern at Resources for the Future in Washington, D.C., he started his own research project examining the risk and regulatory connections between enhanced oil recovery and carbon capture and storage. Mr. Bandza has also contributed to an economic analysis of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme during an internship with Ecologic – Institute for International and European Environmental Policy in Berlin, Germany.
