Mr. Dolgov has served as software lead and systems architect on various projects. He specializes in human-computer interaction, distributed systems engineering for complex network environments, embedded software, and systems integration.
Mr. Dolgov has extensive experience in both large-scale and high-paced projects, including experience in systems and projects architecture, development, validation, and analysis. Three recent projects include Optical Anti-Sniper System (OASSys), ShipMate maritime data collection system, and Network-Enabled Anti-Submarine Warfare (NEASW).
Mr. Dolgov has both design and implementation experience, with work ranging from optimized embedded software to a voice-only computing user interface (speech recognition, and text-to-speech), including distributed network application delivery. Other projects focused on multi-platform data delivery, storage, retrieval, and processing, adaptive network video delivery methods, and multi-component (hardware and software) integration and synchronization.
With an academic background in both computer science and business, Mr. Dolgov has a unique approach of problem solving that marries the novel solutions of the latest technology with the large-scale goals of long-term business solutions.
Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Dolgov provided independent business and technical consulting, focusing on optimizing business processes and meeting business goals by effectively utilizing emerging technologies.
