Exponent offers both a traditional Pre-tax and Roth 401(k) plan to meet our employees' retirement needs. Participants can contribute up to 60% (subject to IRS limits) of their compensation into the plan. Exponent makes an annual contribution for qualifying employees of 7% of eligible wages regardless of their participation.
Our Health Insurance Package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for employees and their eligible dependents. All locations have access to an Open Access Plus PPO plan, a High Deductible Open Access Plus PPO plan with a Health Savings Account option, and at least one HMO plan. Employees share in the cost of the Health Insurance Package with pre-tax dollars. Our Dental plan allows employees to choose between a DMO and PPO plan. Exponent provides 100% Dental and Vision coverage for employees and families.
Exponent provides Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance based on employee choice of up to two times annual base salary with the premium paid by Exponent. To meet our employees' needs beyond this coverage, we offer Supplemental Life Insurance, Spousal/Domestic Partner Life Insurance and Supplemental AD&D coverage for employees and their families at reasonable rates with convenient payroll deductions.
