Exponent, in conjunction with Menttium Corporation, has implemented the circles™ Group Mentoring Program.
circles™ Group Mentoring Definition
- A circle is an interdependent group of people who hold themselves individually and collectively accountable to a common purpose of learning and development
- The Mentees bring current reality and "frontline" business perspectives to the mentor
- The Mentor brings the corporate vision and broader business perspectives to the mentees
- Where these perspectives meet and are explored is where real learning for the individuals and the organization happens
Program Overview
- circles™ is an intracompany group mentoring system designed to accelerate the leadership effectiveness of Exponent personnel and to provide a foundation for strengthening organizational relationships and performance
