Most of our Construction Consulting staff members have advanced degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, or Project Management. We have significant experience in the analysis of construction claims related to schedule delay and impacts, inefficiencies, and cost overruns. Our consultants have prepared and evaluated claims for owners, contractors, subcontractors, and designers, and have presented their findings during negotiations and participated in various dispute resolution forums. Many of us have prior work experience in project and construction management roles for contractors.

Construction Consulting Team

Our consultants service the construction industry by providing project advisory, dispute resolution, and cost and damages services. Our project advisory experience includes CPM schedule preparation and review, 4D modeling/design conflict analysis, change order evaluation, time extension evaluation, cost recovery audits, and contract compliance reviews and contract closeout. Our cost and damages services include incurred cost and damages preparation and defense, Sarbanes-Oxley and fraud investigations, consequential damage claims, termination cost analysis, and financial project oversight. We are also involved in all phases of dispute resolution including claims avoidance, preparation and defense, time extension/delay analysis, disruption and inefficiency analysis, direct, overhead and consequential damage analysis, evidence preparation and discovery, and trial assistance. Our projects have included commercial buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, power plants, bridges and roads, marine structures, light rail systems, tunnels, airports, sporting arenas, resorts and gaming facilities, and retail outfits.
