Careers in Exposure Assessment & Dose Reconstruction

"In the Center for Exposure Assessment & Dose Reconstruction, we are always asking, 'how much?' One of the important aspects to understanding the potential risks of chemicals is to quantify the amount that one is exposed. Sometimes we estimate these quantities with mathematical models, but often we go into the laboratory or out into the field to make measurements. We stay at the top of our game by continually taking on new challenges on up-to-the-minute issues, staying active in scientific societies, and publishing our work for the benefit of the scientific community."

-- Richard Reiss, Sc.D.

Principal Scientist

The professionals in our Center for Exposure Assessment & Dose Reconstruction are leaders in the exposure assessment field. Many of our scientists and engineers have advanced degrees in Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, and Industrial Hygiene, and are licensed professionals with P.E., C.I.H., and D.A.B.T. certifications. We are involved in the leading exposure assessment scientific societies and have made numerous contributions to scientific literature in the field of exposure assessment.
