Mr. Stillman addresses issues related to vehicle dynamics and accident reconstruction, including testing and analysis of vehicle handling and vehicle stability. His range of experience includes work with automobiles, light trucks/SUVs, and ATVs. Mr. Stillman has conducted multiple full-scale vehicle tests, including crash tests, CRIS tests, roll spit tests, sled tests, inverted drop tests, quasi-static tests, braking and handling tests, handling demonstrations, vehicle stability evaluations, and static stability characterization tests. He is experienced with surrogate work, test fixture design, instrumentation, and component-level testing of vehicle systems and other mechanical systems. He is familiar with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSSs). Mr. Stillman has conducted multiple vehicle inspections as well as utilized a Vulcan measurement system to measure three-dimensional profiles for crush analysis. He has conducted multiple accident scene inspections, surveying the topography with a Leica total station to create a three-dimensional environment in AutoCAD for accident reconstruction purposes.
