Mr. Mitiguy has 25 years of experience in many aspects of construction, specializing in construction management. He has experience working for general contractors and subcontractors, as well as construction management consultants working in the owner’s interest. Mr. Mitiguy has extensive knowledge in the construction process and the administration of construction contracts.
Mr. Mitiguy has a vast amount of experience in the construction change order process, including entitlement determination, estimating cost and schedule impacts, negotiations, and managing the overall process on behalf of both owner’s and contractor’s. His background also includes project management; trade labor supervision; constructability reviews; general contractor and subcontractor coordination; contract closeout; and claims review, evaluation, and resolution.
Mr. Mitiguy has field experience in residential, commercial, and heavy civil projects. Positions he has held include: Carpenter, Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Inspector, Resident Engineer, Superintendent, Contracts Manager, and Project Manager.
