With its depth and breadth of consulting expertise, Exponent’s Technology Development Practice has been providing a variety of engineering and technical support services for the US military both within and outside of CONUS (Continental United States). We provide scientists, engineers and technicians in assisting the military customer with defining operational needs, assessing as well as providing technical options, and evaluating proposed solutions.
Elements of this support include identification of off-the-shelf solutions, rapid prototyping, limited production of evaluation items, spiral development, testing, demonstration, and evaluation in response to identified needs of the warfighter. Additionally, drawing from Technology Development’s scientist and engineers as well as from the other practices, we provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a wide variety of technical areas.
