Dr. Fowler specializes in accident reconstruction, vehicle handling, mechanical and vehicle design, and risk analysis. He has directed instrumented vehicle handling test programs for both passenger and off-road recreational vehicles. Dr. Fowler has performed engineering evaluations of numerous proposed design modifications for off-road vehicles. His experience also includes testing vehicle components and the development of custom instrumentation.
Prior to his work with Exponent, Dr. Fowler was a Junior Lecturer at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
