
Mr. Reddy gained his Honours degree in Applied Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University in 1993 and then worked in the contract research industry for over 14 years.
Mr. Reddy is primarily an experienced regulatory project manager and has supervised the complex testing and regulatory programmes undertaken on industrial chemicals and biocides. In addition, Mr. Reddy specializes in the worldwide notification of new chemical substances and has particular experience of the Japanese and Chinese regulatory schemes.
Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Reddy initially worked for 4 years within the registration department of a leading UK-based contract research organisation, before helping to set up and then eventually head the Project Management Department. In this role, he was responsible for providing regulatory advice both in-house and to clients, tracking timelines and budgets, as well as co-coordinating all activities related to these projects to ensure successful completion. Mr. Reddy has many years experience in being the focal point for projects, ensuring effective lines of communication between the client and the technical experts are maintained.
Mr. Reddy manages Exponent’s Derby office, which specializes in the EU REACH Regulations, as well as the notification of industrial chemicals worldwide. He is responsible for the management of these projects and study placement particularly for complex projects.

EU-funded project for notification of shale oil chemicals. This formed part of the Accession Treaty when Estonia joined the EU in May 2004.
