Mr. Paine is a Regulatory Affairs Scientist in Exponent’s REACH and new chemical notifications team. Mr. Paine specialises in the compilation and submission of REACH registration dossiers, together with preparation and submission of CLP notifications and composition of Material Safety Data Sheets. Mr. Paine is also responsible for ensuring Exponent’s ongoing obligations as an Only Representative Registrant for a number of non-EU clients are met.
Following graduation, Mr. Paine worked as a raw materials steward ensuring accurate information was held for all raw material ingredients within formulations. Mr. Paine developed extensive experience in supply chain communication while liaising between final product formulators and their suppliers.
