
Mr. Pecci has more than 13 years of comprehensive experience in construction management, with an emphasis in claims and delay analysis and resolution. Mr. Pecci has assisted clients in the resolution of contract disputes and analyzed construction claims on transportation, institutional, commercial, industrial, and architectural projects. He has developed a claims avoidance training program for the National Highway Institute and conducted training seminars nationally.
Mr. Pecci has served as a Project Manager on client design and construction contracts. His duties included the analysis of contracts, coordination of consultants, schedule and change order management, project evaluations, and management of field operations.
Mr. Pecci has evaluated the impacts of changes, labor inefficiency, disruptions, and unforeseen conditions on contract performance. He has identified and quantified schedule and cost impacts due to changed conditions and assessed the effectiveness of recovery efforts. He has developed expert reports and assisted clients through mediation and settlement negotiations.
