Ms. Dunn is a chemist in the Food and Chemical Regulation Practice. She holds an MChem in Chemistry from Durham University and has a background in inorganic and organic synthesis, characterisation techniques and kinetic modelling. After joining Exponent, Ms. Dunn further developed her expertise in the environmental field, advising clients on chemical identity, physico-chemical/hazard properties and analytical method validation in the context of EU regulatory submissions of agrochemicals.

- Competent in preparation of chemical identity, physico-chemical property and analytical method validation summaries for active substance and product dossiers in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 and Regulation (EC) No 528/2012.
- Writing and managing the submission of Technical Equivalence applications.
- Authored dossiers for microbial pest control agents and biopesticides, as well as dossiers to comply with US EPA and Canadian PMRA requirements.
- Experienced in ensuring compliance with CLP (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008).
- Compiled IUCLID dossiers and performed data gap analyses in support of pesticide and biocide submissions.
- Coordinated study monitoring, ensuring GLP compliance where necessary, the use of established EU accepted test guidelines (EEC, UN, OECD, CIPAC) and relevant EU analytical method guidance (SANCO/3030/99 and SANTE/2020/12830).
