Total Product Management

With Total Product Management we form an alliance with our client extending their internal resources with flexible external ones. Exponent can manage portfolios of client products on a global and regional level, providing both regulatory and technical support. As a Total Product Management Partner, Exponent works closely with in-country regulatory managers, overseeing product registrations and re-registrations, product defense and strategy, and tracking of international regulatory issues. Exponent's global technical responsibilities include providing worldwide technical expertise and support, and the design and oversight of studies to support country specific and global needs. With Total Product Management, Exponent works closely with clients to ensure that their regulatory efforts are coordinated on a global level and that regulatory issues on the horizon are identified and addressed proactively.
