Exponent health scientists apply epidemiologic methods to examine and solve complex health issues in a variety of settings. Through the principles of epidemiology, we analyze the interaction of host, agent, and environment to reach conclusions about the causes and occurrence of disease in human populations. Our research staff combines the expertise of epidemiologists with other scientists who hold advanced degrees in statistics and mathematical modeling of biological processes.

 Our services include:

  • Designing and conducting occupational and environmental studies to evaluate the health effects of community and workplace exposures and workplace injuries
  • Designing, conducting, and interpreting clinical trials, evaluating quality of health care and alternative forms of medical treatments
  • Consulting on use of human data in regulatory risk assessment
  • Consulting on product safety
