The Visual Communication staff at Exponent generates, develops, and produces visual concepts. We rely on pictures—printed, displayed on a computer, projected onto a screen, or presented as virtual reality—to reveal and explain what words alone cannot. Through these media we present comprehensible explanations of complex issues, conveying important information to audiences unfamiliar with the matters at hand.

We use art and science to create compelling displays of any scenario. Lawyers, engineers, scientists, doctors, claims administrators, manufacturers, and others have specifically sought out our mastery in communicating information visually. We consult with clients throughout production, and our work has been shown throughout the world and has been the subject of numerous feature broadcasts on network and cable television.

	Animation Dramatic events sometimes happen in the blink of an eye. But a single picture or graphic doesn't always convey that moment adequately. We use computer animation to help viewers understand a single moment, as well as to see how things change over time.
	Graphics We use the latest computer technology to create convincing static displays, including charts, tables, and schematic drawings. Our graphics are widely respected in the arenas in which they are shown.
	Multimedia Many clients choose multimedia to explain technical issues. Multimedia uses a navigational approach to accessing data, allowing one to display video, animation, graphics, documents, and still images as needed during a presentation or testimony.
	Photography Our on-site photographic laboratory and studio assure our clients of confidentiality as well as high quality. In addition to traditional processing equipment, we maintain an electronic imaging and enhancing center using advanced technology and powerful software.
	Video Seeing is believing. Video has recently become a major medium for presenting data and information. Using video recording techniques, we capture sequences of data impossible to gather in any other way. In our broadcast-quality video editing facility, we combine video footage with graphics and voiceovers.
