Project Experience

Deployed SharePoint work sites as content management tool for business development and project visibility as well as for configuration management purposes. Activities included collection, analysis and validation of technical and functional requirements, proof of concept testing and user training. Deployment of tool helped improved team productivity that lead to new growth opportunities and capture organizational learning and utilize lesson learned to drive effective strategy and innovative processes.

Implemented and managed a reliability centered maintenance (RCM) program for fielded inspection systems software/hardware to include failure trending, criticality analysis and assessments in order to sustain and maintain assets. Activities included implementation of detailed failure modes effect analysis which provided client with technical insight on the cause(s) of failure to improve life cycle cost and performance.

Managed deployment of Remedy Asset Management tool and integration with Remedy Help Desk tool to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. Activities included analysis and validation of user, functional and technical requirements, and facilitation of user acceptance testing.

Developed and implemented cost model metric tool to improve system reliability and provide asset management visibility to stakeholders. Activities included analysis of asset acquisition costs, maintenance data, and operational utilities data in relation to asset location and age in support of logistics program. This business tool was also used for business development and supply chain management purposes to analyze current work projects and programs as well as measure subcontractor performances to provide business oversight in prep for competitive contract bids.

Developed basis of estimate management tool to quantify, measure and monitor project and knowledge assets by leveraging historical financial, project data and manpower hours. Use of this tool included performance of a gap analysis of customer needs and requirements to identify potential future capabilities and core competencies.

Deployed and implemented program management workflow process and standards for key practices as well as performed organizational process reviews to develop system improvement and eliminate program work redundancies and improve overall communication among team members.

Managed deployment of geospatial operating platform for use during January 2013 Presidential Inauguration event. Activities included implementation of knowledge assets in system, schedule management, system testing, and user end training.
