Dr. Conrad has extensive background experience in regulatory ecotoxicology for the purpose of registration of pesticides. She is currently responsible for evaluating ecotoxicological data, monitoring laboratory studies, and conducting environmental risk assessments according to EU legislation.

Prior to joining Exponent, she worked as an Expert for Ecotoxicology in a consultancy company for 14 years. Within this position, she was responsible for providing expert support for the registration of agrochemicals, conducting environmental risk assessments, responding to authority requests, and training junior staff as well as clients to perform ecotoxicological risk assessments. 

In addition, to her regulatory experience, Dr. Conrad has laboratory experience working with 14C-labelled compounds in order to investigate environmental fate and degradation of compounds and biological activity of natural systems.
