Dr. Graber reviews medical imaging studies and addresses issues pertaining to medical imaging. He has over 20 years of experience as a practicing diagnostic radiologist, with extensive experience in all aspects of diagnostic radiology, including radiographs, CT scans, MRI, nuclear medicine, and bone densitometry, with particular interests in imaging involving trauma and spine imaging. His work includes interpretations of medical images involving traumatic and non-traumatic pathologies, and medical imaging involving medical devices. His research activities have included quantitative analysis of medical images and interdisciplinary research on the psychological aspects of radiological diagnosis to improve diagnosis and reduce diagnostic errors.

Dr. Graber also has extensive experience and training in optics, image processing, and photography, and maintains an active interest in automotive racing. 

Dr. Graber maintains an active radiology practice and is currently a member of the medical staff of several hospitals in the Philadelphia area. He is actively involved in the training of new medical staff. Prior to joining Exponent, Dr. Graber was a member of Radiology Associates in Zanesville, Ohio, and a diagnostic radiologist at Genesis Healthcare System, where he has served as the Vice Chairman of Radiology and Radiation Safety Officer. He has held the position of Medical Director of the School of Radiology Technology at Zane State College. Dr. Graber has also worked as a Research Associate at the Diagnostic Radiology Research Laboratory at the Temple University School of Medicine.
