Ms. Liney holds a BSc Hons in Geographical Sciences from University of Plymouth. She gained over 20 years of experience in a leading Contract Research Organisation, where she was responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of Environmental Fate and Metabolism studies in accordance with GLP and specific scientific guidelines (EC, OECD, OPPTS, JMAFF).

Ms. Liney has significant experience of the design and conduct of both plant and animal metabolism studies. Her experience also includes the interpretation of data and report compilation for a wide range of metabolism studies for plant protection and biocide products under Directive 91/414/EEC and 98/8/EC, respectively.

Ms. Liney’s current work focuses on the preparation of submission dossiers for plant protection products in connection with European active ingredient approvals and product registrations, European import tolerances and MRLs and JMPR (Codex) MRLs.
