Mr. Schlenker joined the firm in October 1990, and held various positions in finance and accounting through 1993. He served as Business Manager for Exponent Failure Analysis Associates until 1996, when he was named Manager of Corporate Development. He was appointed Corporate Secretary in November 1997, and was named Director of Corporate Development in 1998. In July of 1999, he became Chief Financial Officer, and he now serves in the dual capacity of CFO and Secretary. Mr. Schlenker holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Southern California.
