
Mr. Seana has over 30 years of experience and specializes in project management controls, including the analysis of construction schedules and contractual issues on construction projects. He has designed detailed CPM schedules and quantified project delays and their impact on the project schedule. Mr. Seana has worked for contractors, owners, architects and law firms in the preparation and evaluation of contract claims, cost analyses, and summary findings, which also distill complex issues into clear visuals for mediation, arbitration, or trial.
Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Seana was a Senior Claims Consultant at Associated Construction Consultants, Inc. (ACCI) in Bellevue, Washington, where he developed and evaluated civil, electrical, mechanical, and building construction claims.
Prior to ACCI, Mr. Seana was the Administrative Manager in charge of contract administration, planning and scheduling, purchasing, and Accounting at a large electric generating power plant.
After graduation from the Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Seana worked for a design and construction management firm and was enrolled in the Management Training Program. He held several positions including contracts engineer, scheduling engineer, estimator, cost engineer, and field engineer.
