
Ms. Kim has over 13 years of combined experience in both construction consulting and geotechnical engineering. Within the Construction Consulting practice, Ms. Kim has prepared and analyzed as-planned and as-built schedules, performed delay analyses and participated in the preparation of disruption and cost analyses. Ms. Kim has also conducted issue analyses, performed document reviews and meetings with project personnel, assisted with impacted schedule analyses, developed graphs, charts, and schedules for use in mediation and trial, and assisted in the preparation of expert reports.
Ms. Kim has vast amounts of experience in geotechnical investigations and analyses of soil movement related distress, including landslides, slope failures, slope creep, retaining wall failures, erosion, earthquakes, and expansive soils. She has managed projects involving landslides, flooding, hillside foundation repair design and earthquake damage assessment.
Prior to joining Exponent, Ms. Kim was a Senior Engineer at Lockwood-Singh & Associates, a geotechnical consulting firm.
