Benefits & Compensation
We recognize that our employees are the reason that Exponent is an international leader in engineering and scientific consulting. We value them as our greatest asset. We continually strive to identify, attract, hire, and develop highly competent and successful individuals for our team.
One of the ways we do this is through the annual review of each employee's performance. This occurs during Exponent's Recognition and Reward System. Our employees are rewarded for their technical and business contributions and have an opportunity to plan for future success and career growth. Exponent's overall compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent.
Exponent is also committed to providing its employees with a comprehensive benefits package. US Benefit providers are selected for their high quality, cost-effectiveness, and ability to provide service to employees in all offices nationwide.
