Die Akademie Fresenius will host their 19th International Akademie Fresenius Conference Food Safety and Dietary Risk Assessment online on April 29–30, 2021. This conference brings together the regulatory, industrial, and consulting communities. Highlights of this year’s conference include Cumulative Dietary Risk Assessment, Dietary Risk Assessment and Evaluation of Metabolites, Guideline Developments, and Regulatory Framework.

Caroline Harris, Ph.D., CChem, FRSC, Exponent corporate vice president, director of UK offices, practice director, and principal scientist, is chairing the conference and will also deliver the introduction at the welcome address at 1:30 AM PT/10:30 AM CEST on Thursday, April 29.
