Mr. Mirfatahi advises clients on a range of topics including project controls, project engineering, risk management and dispute resolution with over 10 years of experience in construction. He assisted teams to successfully execute all phases of projects and provided dispute resolution services for approximately $1 billion of projects. 

Mr. Mirfatahi has worked in all aspects of construction including engineering services, estimating, scheduling, contracts, procurement, change management, and project management. His experience with construction disputes includes the analysis and defense of construction claims related to delays, cost overruns, change of scope and loss of productivity.

Mr. Mirfatahi's project experience includes oil and gas facilities, deep-water and marine structures, wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, industrial facilities, heavy civil, highways, multifamily, mixed-use and condominiums.

Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Mirfatahi worked as a consultant for Spire Consulting Group and Arcadis. Additionally, Mr. Mirfatahi worked for a general contractor and engineering service company in oil & gas and deep-water projects.
