Mixed-Use: Performed an independent schedule review and project management services, on behalf of the owner, for construction of a new mixed-use building in Iraq. Findings were presented in an independent report for the purposes of the contractor's request for equitable adjustment.
School: Provided claims services, on behalf of the owner, involving flawed work and warranties for a school in Texas. The project included deficiencies in pavements, drainage system, roofing, sport courts and the main building. Findings were presented in the form of a rebuttal report for mediation.

Water Treatment plant: Provided pre-construction and scheduling services, for rehabilitation of two water treatment plants and one pumping station in New York.
Transport
Transit Center: Provided delay analysis, on behalf of the general contractor, arising from delays and extra cost due to design changes, unforeseen site conditions, repair works and commissioning of a transit center in California. The project included construction of a world-class facility including train deck, bus deck, shopping center and roof park.

LNG/LPG Terminals: Assisted in construction management and commissioning, on behalf of the general contractor, of three EPC loading docks in Texas. These projects involved the full life cycle from bid to commissioning of all prefabricated modules, mechanical, electrical, piping, machinery parts along with required onsite work.
