Ms. Dennis is an accomplished wildlife researcher and study director with a background in both ecotoxicology and human animal conflict and wildlife management. She is currently responsible for evaluating ecotoxicological data, monitoring studies and conducting risk assessments for pesticides, biocides and chemicals according to EU legislation. Before joining Exponent, she worked for 24 years at Fera Science Ltd. (previously the Food and Environment Research Agency) providing bespoke and innovative wildlife studies for higher tier EU regulatory risk assessments under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009. Whilst at Fera, she also supported UK government policy through research on wildlife management solutions, worked as a bird strike consultant to the aviation industry and was part of a team investigating the genetics and biochemistry of rodenticide resistance.
