Mr. Mo is a certified project management professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has advised clients on a variety of construction topics including project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, schedule delay analysis, and risk analysis.

As an Exponent consultant, Mr. Mo has provided program and project controls advisory to PMOs responsible for the execution of over $700 million in capital projects. He has also supported executive management teams with portfolio management issues related to cost, schedule, resource planning, and scope performance, ultimately ensuring a project execution that delivers or exceeds expected results. In addition, Mr. Mo has worked as project manager for high-voltage electric transmission projects where he was responsible for all project phases including planning, engineering, construction and closeout.

Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Mo worked as a field engineer, project control engineer, cost engineer and project manager for a General Contractor. During that time, he was responsible for daily oversight of projects, development of project schedules, workforce planning and supervision, management of subcontractors, monitoring costs and providing reports. In addition, he has also worked for another multinational professional services firm as an engineering and project management consultant.
