Ms. Murillo has over 6 years of experience in construction management, in the fields of healthcare and educational facilities, commercial and residential buildings, and transportation and utility infrastructure. During her time as a project manager, she has supported clients in construction management, contract management, project scheduling, cost analysis, and change management.
Her past experience includes feasibility and constructability reviews of commercial buildings, multi-unit residencies and medical offices, construction management process and procedure evaluations and improvements, value engineering, and permit coordination. Her project management experience includes oversight of safety, quality and risk management processes, project controls, project negotiations, and project forecasting to ensure projects were delivered on schedule and within budget.
Prior to joining Exponent, Ms. Murillo was an Assistant Project Manager II with Charles Pankow Builders in which she managed commercial real estate construction projects. She also worked for T2Partners and was part of the team managing project controls for a large transportation infrastructure project. Infrastructure - Transportation
