Mr. Purugganan has worked on behalf of contractors and owners on all phases of utility construction, primarily on gas and electric projects. He has prior experience in natural gas pipelines performing field observations, document control, and progress reporting. He currently provides project controls services on electric utility projects. His skills in project controls include project schedule preparation and maintenance, change order management, cost forecasting, construction accounting, and risk management. He has applied his project controls expertise to develop and maintain program-level reports on a portfolio of over sixty electric utility projects.
