Mr. Robles has 10 years of experience in commercial construction and engineering. He provides technical and strategic consultation in the construction management of electrical utility projects, power distribution and transmission, commissioning procedures, new building development, sustainable building design, and energy analysis. He has experience in all phases of project management including post and preconstruction activities, conceptual design, engineering review, cost estimation, inspection procedures, scope development, value engineering, and project closeout.
Mr. Robles has a proven track record in working with cross-functional teams and delivering solutions to owners and stakeholders. He has been successful in managing construction teams and assisting on the field by conducting commissioning, testing and balancing activities. His area of expertise includes HVAC system design for commercial, industrial, and mission critical facilities, commissioning services, building energy analysis, and sustainable building design.
Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Robles designed complex Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for a variety of industries and gained valuable experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external equipment vendors. He has experience working with external project standards and value engineering solutions. He has also worked significantly on the field with general contractors and sub-contractors overseeing equipment startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, testing and balancing mechanical air-side equipment.

Designed and engineered HVAC and plumbing systems for new building construction and building renovations throughout the Southwest and California.
