Ms. Grossman has 7 years of experience in the construction industry and her experience includes construction project management, contract management, change management, project controls, project scheduling, and contract/subcontract negotiations. Ms. Grossman projects have included seismic retrofit of semiconductor lab, commercial building construction, critical facility and hotel renovations, and renovation projects for commercial clients. She was also responsible for the implementation of green construction practices on her projects including electronic document procedures and best practices for indoor air quality control during construction.
Prior to joining Exponent, Ms. Grossman worked in project management roles for Balfour Beatty Construction, Swinerton Builders and Lusardi Construction. As the contractor, she was responsible for schedule and cost management, as well as standard project functions.
