Ms. Techangam has experience in the renewable energy industry, and currently supports Exponent’s project management and construction management expertise in the construction consulting group. She prepared business cases, and preformed documents, contracts, and schedules review for feasibility study phase for international renewable energy projects in South East Asia. Her experience covers the hydropower, solar, and biomass industries.
Prior to joining Exponent, Ms. Techangam received a Master’s degree from University of California, Berkeley in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She specialized in Engineering and Project Management. Ms. Techangam took courses related with advanced planning and project management, lean construction, laws for engineers, life-cycle assessment (LCA), and earthquake engineering. At UC Berkeley, her project and research experience include loss of productivity quantification and LCA of pavement retrofit. Additionally, Ms. Techangam has experience in infrastructure design. Ms. Techangam designed a pre-stressed concrete bridge in Thailand after she completed a Bachelor’s degree from Chulalongkorn University in Civil Engineering.
