Ms. Tyndall has has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Her diverse construction project experience includes high voltage electrical projects, industrial projects for oil and mining operations, general building and retrofit projects for commercial and educational institutions, and heavy civil projects for public agencies.

Her recent experience as a consultant includes providing advisory services for large capital project portfolios. She has been successful setting up Project Management Offices that effectively assist with the execution of complex programs as well as leading large multi-disciplinary teams to execute multi-year, multi-stakeholder, and highly political programs.

Ms. Tyndall’s expertise includes long-term portfolio strategy development, program management and assessments, resource planning and management, reporting and performance metrics development, construction project management, contract management and negotiations, change and integration management, scheduling, controls, and governance.

Ms. Tyndall has experience in all phases of the construction process, including planning, design coordination, procurement, bid and award, construction, and closeout. She has worked for self-performing contractors, general contractors, and owner-developers.

Prior to joining Exponent, Ms. Tyndall worked in project management roles for Swinerton Builders (a U.S. based general contractor), ExxonMobil Aviation Peru, and Automarket del Peru (an ExxonMobil subsidiary). She has also been a researcher for the Global Project Center, a Stanford University collaboratory for research on sustainability, finance, governance, and management.
