Sophie Guinard

Sophie Guinard is a Managing Scientist with in-depth experience in delivery of Only Representative and industrial chemical notifications around the world. She gained her Masters degree in Environmental Science, and her BSc in Microbiology.

For over 10 years, Sophie has delivered hundreds of lead and non-lead registrations for EU REACH, UK REACH and global REACH-equivalents, and has managed the financial, administrative, technical and data sharing obligations for a wide range of companies in the chemicals industry. Sophie is skilled in project management, submission of chemical notifications, and is a recognised expert in providing chemical compliance strategies, training and audits. She has also played a central role in service development and delivery in Asia Pacific, North America and the EMEA region through her collaboration with international colleagues, local agents and authorities.

Sophie has provided REACH regulatory guidance and tailored support to a wide variety of clients, including those producing specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, polymers, adhesives, greases and lubricants, inks and coatings, electronics, fertilizers, automotive, aerospace, consumer and personal care products.
