In addition, Ms. Grisanti is proficient in resource and cost allocation within schedules, where she also optimizes project performance while maintaining budget discipline. She is well-versed in scheduling coding and adept at leveraging advanced tools such as Primavera P6 and SAP and enhances project control and streamlines reporting processes through technology-driven solutions.

Her strengths include forensic schedule and delay analyses, claim preparation, and schedule validation, ensuring projects remain on course and potential disputes are proactively addressed.
