Ms. Grisanti is a construction claims and dispute resolution consultant with more than seven years of experience supporting complex construction and infrastructure projects. She advises contractors, owners, and counsel on claims analysis, project performance, schedule delay, disruption, change management, and dispute resolution, combining practical field experience with project controls and forensic scheduling expertise.

Ms. Grisanti has evaluated schedules, contracts, change documentation, contemporaneous project records, and stakeholder communications to assess causation, responsibility, entitlement, and the time-related effects of project events. Her work related to scheduling includes creating critical path method schedules, retrospective delay analysis, time impact analysis, schedule validation, disruption assessment, and the development and evaluation of delay and disruption claims.

Her dispute advisory experience is reinforced by a background in project management and project controls. Ms. Grisanti integrates schedule, cost, resource, and risk information to evaluate project performance, identify developing issues, and distinguish between contemporaneous project conditions and positions advanced after a dispute arises. She is proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, and other project controls technologies used to organize project data, test schedule positions, and support clear, evidence-based conclusions.

Her dispute advisory work is informed by direct experience in project management and capital program delivery. In an advisory role for a major electric utility, she supported a large portfolio of infrastructure modernization projects from planning and estimation through commissioning and closeout. This experience gives her a practical understanding of project governance, stakeholder coordination, controls, and delivery risks before claims or disputes arise.

Prior to joining Exponent, Ms. Grisanti worked for one of the nation's largest commercial and civil contractors, where she gained significant field and project controls experience on major heavy civil infrastructure projects, including wastewater treatment facilities, all-electric bus depots, and electrical substations. In this role, she oversaw and maintained multiple complex project schedules, analyzed delays and schedule impacts for potential claims, assessed project risks, developed recovery strategies, and prepared detailed schedule and progress reports for project owners and executive leadership.

Ms. Grisanti's combination of field experience, project management expertise, and advanced scheduling capabilities enables her to evaluate project performance, determine the causes and effects of delay, and communicate complex findings to owners, contractors, counsel, and other stakeholders. She is particularly skilled at translating technical project records and schedule analyses into clear, defensible conclusions that support claim evaluation, dispute resolution, and project decision-making.
