Pirouz Bozorgnia has over 16 years of capital project advisory, dispute resolution, project controls, and construction management experience. He has advised public and private sector clients on a wide range of mega-size projects throughout the United States and Canada. His experience includes advising a public sector owner on setting up and executing a PMO analytics group on an $11B transit program, providing claims mitigation, risk, and change management advisory to a major airline on over $5B of airport development programs, and leading the schedule delay analysis of a $1B claim related to a Central Professing Facility. Pirouz's industry background in designing and managing construction projects, mixed with his focus on data analytics and strategic advisory, has enabled him to devise effective plans with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
