Saveesna Baskaran, PMP, is a capital program management and project controls professional with over 11 years of experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, data centers, and infrastructure sectors.

She specializes in controls transformation consulting, cost management, governance framework design, and project management information system (PMIS) advisory for clients managing large, complex capital portfolios.

She brings a process-first approach to lead enterprise-level controls transformations, working with stakeholders across business units to assess current-state processes, define target operating models, and implement standardized frameworks that improve consistency, forecast accuracy, and decision-making. Her experience includes establishing governance structures, implementing stage gate processes, and developing reporting frameworks that provide visibility into portfolio performance.

Ms. Baskaran develops data-driven reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support executive-level decision-making. She is experienced in PMIS selection and implementation, translating business requirements into system solutions and supporting deployment from an end-user perspective.

Prior to consulting, Ms. Baskaran spent six years in manufacturing operations managing capital programs, process optimization, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, delivering over $12M in cost savings. This operational foundation provides her with a practical understanding of project execution, which she integrates into her advisory work.
