Dr. Fryzek has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and private consulting. He has led numerous studies using Real-World Evidence to understand disease patterns, including incidence and prevalence, treatment patterns, and co-morbidity assessments, supporting drug development and safety. He has studied various populations, such as community residents, medical device users, aerospace workers, chemical manufacturers, and welders, to assess the health impacts of potential exposure to substances such as pesticides, solvents, chromium, and titanium dioxide.

Dr. Fryzek has over 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts, book chapters, and scientific meeting abstracts. He has published in the New England Journal of Medicine, the Annals of Internal Medicine, the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, and the Journal of Occupational and Environment Medicine, among others, and is a scientific reviewer for a number of journals, including the American Journal of Epidemiology, Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention, and the International Journal of Cancer. Dr. Fryzek is currently Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Georgetown University Medical Center.
