Mr. Langevin is a member of Exponent's Construction Consulting Practice specializing in issues related to project planning and controls, project management, claims, and disputes. He has construction management experience in the energy and industrial sectors, where he led multidisciplinary teams through all stages of construction, from front-end engineering design to commissioning and project turnover. 

Prior to joining Exponent, Mr. Langevin worked as a field engineer for a construction company at job sites across the West and Midwest regions of the United States. During this period, he was a part of the project management team for the greenfield construction of three different liquified natural gas peak shaver plants, with contract values ranging from $85-$370 million. In addition to field experience, Mr. Langevin spent time on a rotation program in project controls, estimating, and procurement. Prior to entering industry, he received a Bachelor of Science in petroleum and natural gas engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
