Susan Bomba, P.E., PMP, CCM, is a principal engineer in the Construction Consulting practice at Exponent with more than 25 years of experience in construction program management and advisory. She specializes in PMO development and capital program management for major infrastructure, electric, and gas utility project portfolios and has advised clients on a range of construction topics including project management, project controls, risk management, dispute resolution, and schedule delay analysis.

Ms. Bomba has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, developing efficient project delivery organizations, and implementing data-driven approaches to drive effective construction project management, executive reporting, and portfolio performance management. She advises owners, utilities, and project organizations on capital project execution, project controls, cost, schedule, and risk management, as well as process development. Her experience spans all phases of construction projects from early planning and development to closeout and operations.

Ms. Bomba has developed and implemented project management systems, data analytics programs, executive reporting frameworks, scheduling systems, and cost control processes.
