She has extensive experience in managing and analyzing project records to ensure accurate documentation, while assessing impacts on asset integrity and safety to support compliance and risk mitigation. S he brings experience in construction management and claims evaluation and is actively expanding her expertise in forensic analysis and dispute resolution to support complex projects and litigation matters.

At Exponent, Ms. Perera partners with program and project management offices to implement governance frameworks, enhance compliance monitoring, and mitigate regulatory risk.
