Eric Anderson

Mr. Anderson serves as chief financial officer of Exponent and leads the company's finance organization, including accounting, strategic financial planning, treasury, tax, and reporting. Over his 23-year career with Exponent, he has developed extensive expertise as a finance leader and a deep understanding of the firm's business, culture, and diversified portfolio of work. 

Mr. Anderson has broad experience in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, risk management, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and operational performance management. He has played a key role in strengthening Exponent's financial controls, enhancing decision-making processes, and upholding the firm's commitment to the highest ethical and governance standards.

Mr. Anderson joined the firm in May 2003 as controller and subsequently took on roles of increasing responsibility and leadership within the finance organization. He was appointed vice president in May 2013.

Before Exponent, Mr. Anderson was a senior manager in the Assurance Practice at KPMG LLP, where he worked with large public and private companies across a variety of industries on audit and assurance matters, initial public offerings, and complex accounting and financial reporting issues.
