Project Experience

Infrastructure

Analyzed schedule delays on Bay Area public transit system upgrade project for a specialty contractor. Developed flowcharts and “as-built but-for” analysis to allocate delay responsibility and determine compensable and non-compensable time extension.

Residential

Performed baseline versus as-built schedule window analysis and identified key issues to show schedule impacts and shifts in critical path.

Developed as-built schedule based on payment applications, change orders, and other project documents. Identified critical path and compared to baseline schedule using time impact window analysis to support contractor’s claim.

Commercial

Performed delay analysis of project schedules on a subcontractor acceleration claim to allocate responsibility, and analyzed baseline and actual labor curve charts.

Provided detailed cost analysis to owner of a contractor’s change order requesting compensation for contract time extension based on calculated daily rate. Cost analysis resulted in a daily rate reduction of 20%.

Infrastructure Construction

Developed baseline schedule in Primavera P6, performed regular schedule updates, and identified potential delays to critical path on a highway expansion and bridge construction project in Qatar. Standardized daily, weekly, and monthly reporting procedure. Developed and presented comprehensive summary visuals to management.

Managed a team through as-built design submissions during project closeout for a highway and multi-bridge upgrade project in Qatar. Developed standardized design layouts and streamlined approval process through effective communication with involved parties.
